Meet the Instructor

Krystal Wells, LMT, is a dedicated massage therapist, wellness center owner, and passionate educator with a focus on helping the body return to natural, pain-free movement. As the founder of Sacred Trinity Wellness & Massage, she has built her practice around an integrative approach that blends clinical understanding with intuitive care. Her work emphasizes releasing restrictions within the body to improve mobility, reduce pain, and support overall nervous system regulation.

With a strong foundation in anatomy and hands-on application, Krystal specializes in Neuro Fascail Balancing, a technique that address fascial restrictions and movement limitations, helping clients experience lasting results beyond temporary relief. Her approach is rooted in both science and real-world clinical experience, allowing her to meet each client and student where they are while guiding them toward deeper understanding and body awareness. In addition to her clinical expertise, Krystal brings real-world business experience into the classroom, helping students understand how to build sustainable, financially successful careers in a variety of professional settings after graduation.

As an instructor, Krystal is known for breaking down complex concepts into practical, easy-to-understand learning experiences. She is deeply committed to empowering students with the “why” behind their work, building confidence in both their knowledge and hands-on skills. Her goal is to help future therapists not only perform techniques, but truly understand the body, think critically, and develop into effective, intuitive practitioners—both clinically and professionally.

Terrie is a graduate from the University of Oklahoma with a BA in Social work and a MS in Public Health Administration and Policy. She also is a graduate from the School of Natural Medicine and now is the lead instructor of the Massage Therapy school and teacher assistant for the Acupuncture school. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist and practices Traditional Chinese Medicine, Reiki, and Herbal Medicine in Okmulgee, OK as the owner of her business called CAM HOUSE-Complimentary Alternative Medicine. She is highly educated and loves to learn and loves to teach. She has experienced a multifaceted career but finds her passion in healing. She defines her success as having a happy marriage with happy children and a welcoming home to rest in after a day of sharing with others.
